North Texas Giving Day 2025: A Record-Breaking Day for Mercy Street

By God’s grace and through the incredible generosity of our community, Mercy Street experienced our most successful North Texas Giving Day to date!

Together, we not only met our original $250,000 goal, but we surpassed our stretch goal of $350,000, raising a total of $351,450. This marks the largest North Texas Giving Day total in Mercy Street history and is a powerful testimony to God’s provision and the faithfulness of so many who believe in our mission.

We are deeply grateful to Communities Foundation of Texas, our anonymous donor for the $100,000 matching grant, the MK Sowden Foundation, KDC, the Heisman Trophy Youth Development Fund, and many others for their extraordinary partnership. Most importantly, we thank every person who prayed, gave, served, or shared on behalf of Mercy Street. This milestone was only possible because of your collective support.

Your generosity ensures that Mercy Street can continue serving more than 4,500 youth and families in West and South Dallas each year through our Sports, Mentoring, and Leadership programs. With your trust, we remain committed to cultivating mutually transforming relationships between inner-city youth and Christian adults who love Jesus.

And we’re just getting started. We invite you to keep the momentum going by praying, mentoring, coaching, and joining us for what God is doing in our community. Mark your calendar for our 22nd Annual Luncheon on October 16, where we will unveil Mercy Street’s 3-year vision and celebrate the lasting impact of your generosity.
